Brief
To develop and produce a fully responsive, foundation website for Applied Lets Ltd. that will provide information to both Landlords and Tenants informing them of products and services Applied Lets provide to each.
Consideration
When developing the site, consideration must be given to how the site will emphasise Applied Lets attitude, personality and the approach they take with their Tenants and Landlords.
Results
The site must be simple, clean and minimalist in aesthetic and the existing colours fonts and brand elements also be considered within the site’s look and feel.
Client background
Applied Lets started in 2008 initially as a sister company to AFS Wealth Management Ltd providing their existing buy to let clients with a property management service.
Today, Applied Lets offer a full Letting Agent service including property management to Landlords and Tenants. The philosophy of Applied Lets is reflected in its team of friendly professionals.
Key website features
- Fully responsive, enabling the site to be viewed seamlessly across mutiple devices and platforms.
- Data capture, and analytics have been implemented in order to capture customer details as well as monitoring how customers interact with the site. This allows the client to be proactive with in their market sector.
- A Social media news feed has also been intergrated within the CMS allowing the client to quickly engage with customers faster and more frequently.
